3D Modelling & DfMA

We specialize in creating intelligent parametric structural models for simulation and fabrication. Our models facilitate structural optimization efforts for engineering firms and breakdown structural systems into something a factory can feasibly make.

We build the models that sit underneath everything else — parametric, intelligent, and detailed. Our models evolve from structural simulation stick models that are fully coordinated with all disciplines all the way to fabrication ready models and drawings. Whether it is a structural assembly or a custom equipment design for machinery, the model carries the design intent, the manufacturing logic and the shop drawings in one connected place.

Parametric Modelling & Design Assist

Fully parametric models where dimensions, connections and configurations are driven by rules rather than redrawn by hand. Change a panel width or a stud spacing and every downstream drawing, quantity and connection updates with it, so a late design change stops meaning a week of rework.

Design for Manufacture & Assembly

Buildings and building elements developed as manufactured products, designed around the machines, jigs, tolerances and assembly sequence that will actually make them. Part counts come down, handling gets simpler, and the factory receives something built for the way it really works.

Shop Drawings & Fabrication Detailing

Fabrication-ready shop drawings, cut lists, assembly instructions and bills of materials generated directly from the model, so the drawings on your shop floor and the geometry in the design can never diverge. What the fabricator receives is exactly what the contracted engineering firm intended.

Structural, mechanical, electrical and architectural models brought together and reconciled against one another, with clashes, interferences and access problems surfaced and resolved inside the model rather than argued about six months later in a site trailer.
